The deal in one line: you send quotes as you always have, DoneDealify follows them up under your name until the client replies, and you can stop any of it in one tap.
The rest of this page is the detail. Anything that needs a lawyer is marked as unfinished rather than guessed at.
Who you are contracting with
You are contracting with George Daniel Vad, an individual based in Spain, trading as DoneDealify. Write to hello@donedealify.com about anything on this page — it reaches a person, not a queue.
What the service does
You BCC your own DoneDealify address when you send a quote, then put a value on it. We write five follow-ups for days 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28, which you can read, edit or skip, and send them under your name as replies in the same email thread. They stop when your client replies to one of them.
For now they are sent from followups@donedealify.com with your name on them, and your client's reply is passed straight on to you. If your client answers some other way — by phone, or by replying to your original email — stop the chase yourself: one tap from the link we email you, without signing in.
What we need from you
- Keep your BCC address to yourself. Anyone who has it can file a quote on your account, so it is a password, not just an address.
- Only send us quotes you actually sent. The service replies into a real conversation you started; it is not a way to start one.
- Keep your own account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has got into it.
- Be honest with the outcome. Marking a quote won, lost or stopped is what stops the emails.
What you must not do with it
This is not a bulk mail tool and must not be used as one. Every follow-up it sends is a reply in a thread with someone who asked you for a price.
- No cold email, no purchased lists, no contacting people who never asked you for a quote.
- No using it to chase anyone who has asked you to stop.
- No content that is unlawful, misleading, or not yours to send.
Using it this way risks the deliverability of every other customer's genuine follow-ups, which is why the consequence is losing access rather than a warning.
What it costs
£39 + VAT a month, or £390 + VAT a year (€45 or €450 + VAT if you pay in euros). The first 5 quotes are free, so you can see it work before paying anything.
Prices do not include VAT. At checkout Stripe adds the VAT that applies in your country and shows the total before you pay. Outside the UK and the euro area, Stripe may show the price converted into your own currency.
Payment is taken by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record: it charges you, handles VAT, and sends your receipts. Your receipt and the checkout page say "Sold through Link" (Stripe's checkout), and your bank statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name. If the paid plan is not open yet when you reach your free limit, you can ask to be told when it is — nothing is charged until you choose to pay.
If you are not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email hello@donedealify.com and it is refunded in full.
Stopping and cancelling
The paid plan renews automatically, every month or every year, until you cancel. You can pause all sending at any time, and cancel whenever you like. Cancelling never sends anything on your behalf as a parting shot.
Cancel from Settings, on Stripe's own page, in a couple of taps. There is no notice period: your plan runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for, and after that, follow-ups already scheduled finish as planned, but new quotes beyond the free ones are no longer chased. Your account and quotes stay until you ask for them to be deleted — see the Privacy page.
What we do not promise
We do not promise you will win work. Following up reliably beats not following up, and that is the entire claim — anything more specific would be a number someone made up.
We also do not promise that every email reaches an inbox. Mail providers make that decision, and nobody can guarantee it.
Availability
The service is run carefully but it is early, and it is honest to say so: there is no uptime guarantee, and no support hours are promised yet.
What is promised is that a failure will never invent an email to your client. The system's default when something goes wrong is to send nothing.
If something goes wrong
Unfinished section: Not written yetLimitation of liability needs a lawyer. Writing a cap here from memory would be both unenforceable and dishonest, so the section stands empty until it is done properly.
Which law applies
Unfinished section: Not written yetThe business is established in Spain, so Spanish law and the Spanish courts are the starting point — but the exact governing-law and jurisdiction wording still needs a qualified person, not a guess, because it interacts with the consumer rules for UK and EU buyers.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that affects you, you will be emailed before the change takes effect — not after, and not only by the date at the top of this page quietly moving.
