How it works
- You send the quote exactly as you always do, and BCC your DoneDealify address.
- Five follow-ups go out under your name — on day 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 — as replies in the same email thread.
- The moment the client replies to any of them, the rest are cancelled and the reply lands in your inbox.
- You can read, edit or skip any follow-up before it goes, and pick a warm or a blunt tone.

What it isn't

What it costs
£39 + VAT a month, or £390 + VAT a year. Your first 5 quotes are chased free, with no card. If it's not for you, you get a full refund within 30 days.
